Local Technical Execution
ITSC assigns engineers for agreed installation and on-site support tasks, with company-level responsibility.
ITSC (Integrated Technical Solutions Company) operates as an in-country system integrator and local field engineering partner across Libya. Our technical scope covers server room infrastructure, modular data center field deployment, structured cabling, optical fiber splicing, and enterprise networks — with structured commissioning, testing reports, and handover documentation. As part of our Low Current & ELV Systems Integration services, we deliver structured cabling and network infrastructure supporting security and building systems.

International integrators need reliable local delivery and clear responsibilities. ITSC is a corporate technical service provider, not an individual technician marketplace.

Cable labels, relevant test records, configuration notes and as-built documents according to scope.
Work packages, access arrangements, equipment responsibilities and acceptance checks agreed with your team.
We support the design and implementation of practical, maintainable IT infrastructure for offices, industrial facilities, warehouses and multi-site organizations.
Switching, routing, VLAN segmentation, site connectivity, firewall integration and network configuration within the project scope.
Technical scopeCopper and optical cabling, pathways, labeling, fiber termination and fusion splicing, patching and testing as agreed.
Technical scopeWi-Fi access point deployment, coverage planning, point-to-point links and commissioning checks in site-specific environments.
Technical scopeServer room installation, Rack & Stack, cable management, fiber patch panels, structured cabling and agreed testing and handover documentation. Local field engineering supports enterprise IT teams and international contractors.
Technical scopeSelected photographs from ITSC field activities illustrate rack installation, structured cabling, fiber distribution and network test equipment. We agree the installation scope, testing requirements and handover records for each project in Libya.

Patch panels, network switches and copper patch leads within an equipment cabinet. Structured cabling and rack integration bring network connections into an accessible installation.

Rack-mounted servers, storage and switching equipment in a technical room. ITSC supports server room installation and Rack & Stack within an agreed local work package.

Cable bundles routed alongside network cabinets during installation. Rack cable management keeps pathways accessible for patching, inspection and future changes.

Optical distribution modules, connector panels and fiber patch leads within an enclosure. Fiber termination and patching connect optical links to the network infrastructure.

Fusion-splicing equipment photographed during field work. Fiber optic installation can include splice preparation, termination and testing against the agreed project acceptance criteria.

Wall-mounted RJ45 outlets with individual connection labels. Clear identification links the work-area outlets to structured cabling records and supports future maintenance.

Copper network test instruments and accessories photographed with field equipment. Link certification is confirmed by the corresponding test reports, rather than by an equipment photograph.

A handheld cable tester connected during site work. Wire-map and length checks help verify copper cable connections; certification requires the appropriate test method and report.

Our scope is driven by project drawings, site conditions, application needs, available equipment, required interfaces and acceptance criteria. The same engineering principles apply to stand-alone deployments and multi-site work.
Capacity review, switching and routing, VLANs, firewall interfaces, site connectivity, addressing and resilience planned around approved application and operational requirements.
Copper and fiber runs, cable containment, termination, labeling, patching and relevant acceptance tests. Single-mode versus multi-mode selection depends on distance, optics and equipment compatibility.
Rack layout, servers, storage, network connectivity, cable management, power and UPS interfaces, access for service and documented equipment installation.
Wi-Fi surveys and access point placement, point-to-point or multipoint links when appropriate, RF constraints, channel planning and performance verification according to scope.
Agreed deliverables can include labeling schedules, test records, equipment inventories, configuration handover notes and as-built records. Certification results and SLA commitments are never assumed.
IP telephony, selected IoT network integration, troubleshooting and smart-hands assistance may be included when specified in the approved work package.
Review requirements, site conditions and access.
Agree architecture, work plan and material scope.
Prepare routes and run copper or optical links.
Install and interconnect racks and equipment.
Configure agreed network functions and systems.
Verify connections and agreed acceptance criteria.
Deliver project records and operational information.
We coordinate a clearly agreed local execution scope while the client or lead contractor retains the wider project responsibilities defined by contract.
Qualified engineers are assigned and managed under ITSC responsibility.
Deliverables and boundaries agreed before the work package begins.
Evidence and records according to project acceptance requirements.
Completion checks and technical handover as contracted.
Useful details for planning an initial RFQ or local work package.
Yes. ITSC provides defined technical services at company level, assigns suitable engineers and coordinates the agreed scope and handover requirements.
Share equipment models, quantities, site requirements and configuration responsibilities. We assess feasibility and the installation scope before acceptance.
Provide your company, the general project location, required infrastructure, estimated quantities, available equipment, target dates and acceptance requirements. Do not include passwords or restricted site details in an initial enquiry.
Testing and handover items are specified by the agreed scope. Formal certification requires suitable test equipment, standards and documented acceptance criteria; it is not implied for all projects.
Agree the link and port schedule, labeling, configuration responsibilities, required test records and acceptance checks before installation. Certification, resilience and ongoing support requirements should be stated in the work package rather than assumed.
If the same infrastructure will carry security video, include the CCTV installation and NVR integration scope so camera connections, cabling and recording interfaces can be reviewed together.
Planning network installation, fiber work, a server room or a field-engineering package? Send the general scope and your preferred time frame. We can agree a secure channel for sensitive drawings after the initial review.
